Position: DirectorCreative Director of Edial design Nigeria Limited a company known for their finesse and sophistication in interior design, their clients pan from Individuals, Families, Corporate Organizations, Religious Bodies & Public Institutions across Africa, Europe and North America.
Prior to now Laide work experience was with Guaranty Trust Bank, Lavantage Nigeria Limited and Leaps & Bounds Partners Limited. She has a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and First Degree in Chemistry at the Prestigious University of Lagos.
Olufunso Steve Olofinlade
Director: Strategy & ImplementationOlufunso Steve Olofinlade is a Culture and People professional and strategist. He obtained his first degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Ibadan. He has had some exciting people development experiences both locally and internationally.
FALILAT OLOYEDE
Chief Operating OfficerFalilat was born and raised in the city of Lagos Nigeria, she attended the Prestigious University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance. She joined Leaps and Bounds Partners in 2019 before moving to Leaps Resource Limited.
Falilat looks after the company's corporate affairs and business development ensuring that all of our stakeholders receive values.

Position: Directorate TechnologyOluwagbenga Alabi joined Leaps and Bounds Partners Limited team in 2013 before moving to Leaps Resource Limited, He is a graduate of Lagos State University with a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration and he focus on Business Execution, Technology, Data Analytics and of many more with good passion and commitment to work.
