Olumide is the Chairman of LEAPS RESOURCE LIMITED also sitting on the board of several companies locally and globally. Olumide sees to the board affairs in driving the Consulting Business of the company including Capacity Building, Workforce Performance Metrics, Research and Management Consulting for varying clients across the financial institute, manufacturing, education, government, Oil & gas, etc.
He is a recipient of the Wachovia Bank scholar award; He attended the Chief Executive Program of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a fellow of Credit Administration (FICA) in recognition.
Olumide with close to three (3) decades of experience has built his banking experience with Capital Bank (now Access Bank) in Treasury Unit and Guaranty Trust Bank in Retail & Corporate Banking after which he joined a team of professionals to set up Leaps & Bounds Partners Limited during which he had consulted for several Institutions across Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Rwanda, Kenya, Cameroon and United Kingdom, he is also a Human Resource Consultant for a Non-governmental agency base in the United State of America.
Olumide’s Passion for building a formidable workforce in organizations has led him to create the “Credit presentation module” as a core element of Credit Risk Curricula. He has mentored over 10,000 banking professionals all over the Continent.
